INSIGHT2PROFIT is a pricing strategy company headquartered in Cleveland, OH that leverages intelligence, consulting, and technology to help businesses drive profit and EBITDA growth. Their data-driven services are uniquely tailored to the business needs of their customers.
In 2023, INSIGHT’s Director of Marketing recognized inconsistent execution of the INSIGHT2PROFIT visual identity was inconsistent and lacked internal alignment among content creators. INSIGHT was operating without a formal internal creative department, leaving one-off design execution to employees with limited tools and experience. To address these inconsistencies and improve marketing execution moving forward, INSIGHT hired Reverberate to provide creative support through a brand audit, visual identity refresh, and development of a new brand guide and template layouts.
We began by performing a thorough audit of INSIGHT’s color palette, typography, logo, iconography, photography style, and design elements (such as patterns, textures, and UI elements) and presented the results to the INSIGHT team along with recommendations for execution improvement and consistency. After aligning on the best way forward, we developed an updated brand guide in PowerPoint and designed various layout templates in Adobe Express. Our work with INSIGHT2PROFIT is a great example of our willingness to leverage widely accessible applications for creative execution that set clients up for self-service without requiring professional design software or external resources.
